If the HOF is going to give ballots to bloggers like Mariotti, they should at least pick the quality bloggers. Mariotti won’t vote people in on a first ballot, but then won’t vote for them later on if they haven’t gotten votes in prior years. Has any columnist* ever been as unintelligent and illogical as Mariotti? (That’s a rhetorical question and the answer is No).

Yeah, he along with Murray Chass need to have their voting privileges revoked.
